For scanning receipts

1. CoinOut -- Get paid for submitting receipts.  You can scan paper receipts or forward email receipts. Cash out at $10.
2. Fetch Rewards -- Get gift cards for submitting receipts.  You get at least 2.5¢ on all receipts.  If you buy certain brands, you get 1% back, minimum 5¢.  There are also a lot of bonuses.  Cash out at $3.
3. Ibotta -- This one is strictly rebates.  You first select the products you're buying and do some small task, like watch a video.  Cash out at $20.
4. ReceiptPal -- Another one that gives gift cards for submitting receipts.  You can scan paper receipts or link your email and amazon accounts so that the program can scan for purchases.  Cash out is at $5.

Other

1. Adf.ly -- You get paid for shortened links.  It's fairly easy, but I don't think many people appreciate it.  Cash out is at $5.
2. Achievement -- Get paid for walking.  It might be a little difficult to set up, but is passive after that.  You just have to make sure the information is updating. Cash out is at $10.
3. Listia -- You can barter unwanted items via points.  It's a great way to get rid of gift cards with a small balance left.
   
4. Shopkick -- You get gift cards for various shopping-related activities, like scanning products or walking into stores.  You can also get points for buying certain products or buying at stores with a linked cards.  There are also points for watching videos. Cash out at $2.
5. Swagbucks -- Get gift cards for various activities, like surveys and purchases. Cash out at $3.
6. Toluna -- Get paid for surveys.
   
7. YouGov -- This one is a survey site.  Cash out at $15.
